I developed this Workshop to inspire beginning to intermediate guitarists to advance their playing in the most musical way possible. ​
This 4-hour long Workshop sits right in between a Masterclass and a Workshop. I will play various live songs using my looping set-up. We will touch upon creating your sound, discover the power of looping, explore songwriting and learn to get into the groove. We'll talk gear and techniques and ultimately, we will create & record a song together on the fly.
The best part is that there is no need to prepare, just bring your guitar, some inspiration & enjoy!

Is this Masterclass suitable for me?
BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE FOCUS
I created this Workshop with the beginner to intermediate player in mind. I am aiming to bring inspiration to help boost your playing skills, jamming skills, songwriting and recording skills. To help you advance your playing by creating live music by yourself. Most of all, I aspire for it to be a fun and musically rich Workshop full of music.
Do I need to prepare?
NO PREPARATIONS REQUIRED
No. Just come as you are and enjoy the afternoon together. There will be room for Q&A's and you can give creative input into the songwriting part of the Workshop. No pressure, just pleasure. If you have an instrument, feel free to bring it along.
How long does it last?
4-5 HOURSÂ INCLUDING BREAKS
There will be 4 hours worth of songs, Q&As and songwriting time. There will be breaks to rest our ears and to grab a bite and a drink. You will be fulfilled & saturated by the end of the afternoon.
What are the costs & terms?
175 AUD INCLUDING ALL FEES
The price for this Workshop is 175 AUD including GST & all booking fees.
Guitar Course Students and Alumni pay a reduced rate of 125 AUD.
Ticketing is via Humanitix, TryBooking or Eventbrite. I will ask you a few basic questions in the booking process to best tailor the Workshop to your preferences.
N.B. Minimal attendance is 5 participants

MASTERCLASS LOCATION
The Masterclass takes place in Baringo's cosy 30 seat cinema in the beautiful Macedon Ranges. Baringo is within easy reach from Melbourne and located right next to Gisborne train station. The travel time from Melbourne Southern Cross is less than 1 hour by train and 50 minutes by car. If you wish to combine lunch or dinner with the workshop, check out the menus here. It is recommended to make a reservation for this popular bar & bistro.
UNIQUE AMBIENCE
Small and spacious. The 30 seat cinema is a perfect location for a Workshop. Big enough to make a noise, small enough to be connected. And with COVID in mind, we can adjust the Masterclass capacity between 10 and 30 participants should the need arise. Just relax, grab a drink and enjoy the musical journey.

COVID SAFETY
The Course will be held at Baringo Food & Wine's cinema which is a spacious set-up. We will follow the venue's Covid-safe plan should there be any.
COVID CANCELLATION
Should you have Covid-symptoms, please stay home. If mild, make sure you have tested negative to Covid-19. Should you or I have to cancel due to illness, you can either rebook to a later Course or request to get your money back.
OTHER CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel up to 7 days prior to the start of the course and receive a refund, Should I, for whatever reason have to cancel, I will offer alternative dates or you could request a refund when no dates fit your schedule.
SATISFACTION REFUND
I am keen to help you forward, should you, however, not have had a good time and not have learned something useful I am happy to refund you 50% of the total ticket price. You must notify me within 48 hours after the course ends to qualify.
